“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity...”
—Albert Einstein
Employing an external facilitator isn’t just a lazy cop-out or a decadent luxury – in the same way that going to the hair dresser isn’t.
Of course we could all cut our own hair given how intimately familiar we already are with it.
But do you remember the DIY lockdown hair dos? Trying to cut it in front of the mirror and the hand directions never matching up? Asking someone in your bubble to cut it for you and inevitably regretting not leaving it just as an overgrown but at least proportional mess? Then, desperately, trying to get thinning-out scissors for some touch up but they were out of stock everywhere? Finally resorting to clippers? After which you’d really just wanted to hide…
And then, when hairdressers finally opened again, appointments were booked up so quickly you still had to wait a few weeks until, finally, it was your time in that chair in front of that mirror where you’d watch someone with skills, care and understanding of your hair’s needs take you to a version of yourself that you could believe in again
That’s what professional facilitation is all about, helping you and your team with skills, care and understanding of your needs so you can relax knowing you’re in safe hands with time to reflect and reconnect with what really matters to you.

If you're seeking a group experience that's innovative, hands-on, and inclusive, I’ll design your session with creativity at the heart ensuring everyone can connect and contribute in meaningful ways. This might include:
